My name is Laurel Sage, I am a 47-year-old female with two loving, energetic, boys. I’ve been in the military for 16 years and currently I'm in the IRR (Inactive Readiness Reserve). I've served 2 deployments as a MEDEVAC Pilot and also have a bachelor’s in special education.
So what does a Special Ed teacher/Blackhawk Pilot do after returning from a deployment and wanting to spend more time with her family? I prayed a lot and kept coming up with the same answer, Massage Therapy school. I attended the full-time program at HACC in Harrisburg, Pa and graduated in May of 2013.Moving to Virginia right after graduation, I have spent my entire career in the Richmond area accumulating over 10,000 hours of massage experience Thus far. Therapeutic massage has become my favorite modality. I am also very skilled in deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, sports, Oncology and Swedish massage.
Integrity, respect, communication and dedication are the cornerstones of my personal and professional life. My passion for helping others shines through in my care for you. I am excited to serve you!

My journey started at Virginia career institute I received 750 hours of massage school. Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork license through the Virginia Board of Nursing and Certified Medical Massage Practitioner since 2008.
I’ve been practicing Massage Therapy for 20 + years and define myself to be universal in different modalities of Massage like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage, Fibromyalgia Cupping and Myofascial release.
I’m passionate, professional and productive with keeping current massage continuing education and enjoy working with clients who are willing to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.

Native to Virginia and graduating from ECPI University in 2011 with an associate’s degree in health science majoring in Massage Therapy, licensed since 2012, Billie has 10 years’ experience as a therapist. She has practiced traditional modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and so forth. Her ability to combine several techniques and modalities like trigger point, active release, and myofascial to create a unique, one-of-a-kind massage experience is something she is most proud of. Offering clients sessions that lull them into relaxation, aiding with sore, tired muscles, or addressing imbalances or chronic issues - she has a session for you!

I am a passionate massage professional who has acquired 8,000 hours of hands-on experience within a decade of practice. I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage though I enjoy working with a diverse clientele requiring various massage techniques and stretches.
Whether you’re seeking massage for relaxation or to finally fix that crick in your neck, I provide an individualized experience for each client that graces my table.

Hello, my name is Lisa, and I have been a massage therapist for close to 10 years. In that time I have had the pleasure of working with many individuals looking to achieve different goals. I studied at Medical Careers Institute (ECPI) where I gained knowledge along with experience. Their program allowed me to earn my associate’s degree in health science along with my massage certification.
As a dedicated and experienced therapist, I am fully comfortable working with a variety of clients. Prenatal, postnatal, minors (with parent permission), injuries, deep tissue, relaxation, and much more. I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals through massage.
On a personal note, I am a busy mom of 4 lovely children, therefore I completely understand crazy schedules and lives. I am willing to work with my clients as best as I can to ensure they do not miss an opportunity to enjoy some self-care time.

Jennifer has always lived in this area and loves our community. Jen is used to small businesses growing up in a family where her father owned one and she owning one herself in the past.
Jen was one of Laurel's first clients over 10 years ago due to the work she did being so hard on her body she came every single week because massage helped to relieve her pain so much. Through the years she loved watching this small business grow. Knowing her body couldn’t handle the physical labor of her work anymore Laurel was proud to offer her the job as manager and thankful she accepted.
When she is not taking care of everyone at Peaceful Sage Jen is at home with her loving husband and two beautiful poodles, Abbie and Sophie.
